The Company is a German multinational company located in the Central. Due to a global expansion, they are seeking for a talented individual for the position of Human Resource Manager.

HR Director, Asia
Responsibilities:
*
Support the HR Director in the general management of HR function in the Area offices.
*
Work closely with the Country HR Managers and other senior managers in terms of people development and retention.
*
Lead the provision of efficient HR services in the Singapore office by ensuring proper implementation of HR policies
*
Assist in the development and support the implementation of standardised HR processes and tools in full spectrum of HR activities.
*
Anticipate and communicate HR-related issues
*
Support the development and implementation of best HR practices
*
Assist in internal and external communication according to Group standards and guidelines
*
Lead the implementation of HR-related special projects as may be assigned from time to time.
*
Act as the reliever of the HR Director, Asia during his/her absence.
