JOB DESCRIPTION:
Manage the overall human resource and office administration functions of the Company:
* Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions, including performance management, recruitment, salary and benefits administration
* Responsible for overall strategic HR development programs, including attracting, retaining and motivating the talents
* Provide management skill to monitor and enforce all HR policies and procedures are well-managed
* Establish networks and updates on HR matters
* Formulate an effective strategy and plan to maintain and improve staff performance with performance assessment system and reward management system
* Manage KPI alignment and appraisal Management
* Support Management in providing information, benchmarking exercise and problem-solving skills
* In-charge & Oversee accurate and timely salary administration
* Liaise with Government and Statutory Bodies in Employment Matters
* Enforce Company's regulations and Code of Conduct

Qualifications :
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent with min. 3 - 5 years experience in Managerial Capacity
* Excellent Knowledgeable in local labour laws, employment acts and statutory programs
* Strong leadership skills to be able to enhance the cohesiveness of staff and play a key role to communicate objectives as well as initiatives to Management
* Responsible for recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, talent development and retention, as well as strategic HR initiatives.
* Analyze problems in HR systems and policies and come up with solutions; provide information and proposals for the improvement of HR system.
* Evaluate business performance and contribute to better human and capital resource allocation, establish clear roles and responsibilities, develop and implement HR standards and practices.
* Research and analyze salary and benefits movement, economic trends and Company’s business to develop competitive compensation & benefits.
* Provide support for all recruitment efforts, from placement of advertisements maintenance of career website, organizing and distributing resumes received to hiring managers and candidates regarding interview.
