Job description :
Working closely with the line managers, the incumbent will provide advisory services, support and delivery in operational HR matters covering the full spectrum of the HR function. Main responsibilities shall include payroll, compensation and benefits administration, recruitment, HR statistical reporting and adhoc HR initiatives/projects.
 
Qualifications :
Job Requirement * Degree holder in HRM with 2 to 4 years of working experiences * Hands-on experience in full spectrum of payroll computation and familiarised in EasyPay. * Good communication and strong interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to establish positive working relationships with diverse groups of people * Strong organizational skills * Must be meticulous and detailed * Ability to work independently and as a team * Proficient in MS Office
