Job description :
Job Responsibilities:
* Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, training, benefits and leave administration and performance appraisal
* Responsible for payroll process and reports
* Develop, review and implement Human Resource policies and procedures in accordance to legal and statutory requirements
* Talent Review and Succession Planning
* Prepare employee contract, insurance and work pass applications
* Ensure proper maintenance of training records
* Plan the annual budget for the HR Department

Qualifications :
Job Requirements:
* Preferably Degree in Business/HR or related field
* 2-4 years HR experience, preferable in financial industry/MNC, with regional exposure
* Working knowledge of SAP and Peoplesoft preferred
* Pleasant disposition and a good team player
* Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
