Job description :
The organisation is a prestigious group with diverse business and an opportunity has arisen in their engineering arm. Due to their expansion in Singapore, they have created one position in their HR team for providing full spectrum of HR activities.
Reporting to the Regional Head of Human Resources and managing a small team, you will be responsible for planning and implementing the full spectrum of HR i.e. recruitment, health and safety, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations and training & development. In addition, you will be involved in the design and review of HR policies and processes. This role will provide you with both hands-on and advisory exposure. You will be the key contact point for senior management and employees for all HR related issues.
