Job description :
Plans and administers policies relating to all phases of human resources activity by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. Responsibilities: • Responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies company-wide. • Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance. • Recruits, interviews, tests and selects employees to fill vacant positions. • Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals. • Keep records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and CPF, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfer, performance reviews and terminations and employee statistics for company reporting. • Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues. • Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance and equity within organization. • Administers salary administration and benefits programs to ensure compliance and equity within organization.
 
Qualifications :
Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. • Minimum 5 years of HR experience. • Good knowledge of HR functions (staffing, employee relations, training & development, compensation and organization development). • Must be independent, creative and result-oriented.
