Job description :
Plans and administers policies relating to all phases of human resources activity by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies company-wide.
Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
Recruits, interviews, tests and selects employees to fill vacant positions.
Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.
Keep records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and CPF, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfer, performance reviews and terminations and employee statistics for company reporting.
Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance and equity within organization.
Administers salary administration and benefits programs to ensure compliance and equity within organization.

Qualifications :
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
Good knowledge of HR functions (staffing, employee relations, training & development, compensation and organization development).
Must be independent, creative and result-oriented.
