The company is a Well Established Swiss MNC in the field of process engineering and employs some 2500 persons worldwide is seeking for independent individual to join them.
Training & Development Executive
Key Responsibilities
* Conceptualize, develop and plan training, identifying training needs, formulate policies and procedures that reflect training objectives and implementing training and development programs and initiatives
* Ensure effective coordination of training needs and delivery methods with business partners and integrate best practices
* Develop and implement metrics for evaluating training programmes
* Source for training programmes, coordinate training activities, schedules and liaising with industry trainers and training institutions
* Ensure efficient running of all the training and development processes
* Training Administration, Records & System
* Collate and organize training statistics and staff’s training roadmap useful for management decisions
* Provide support on regional/corporate training programmes.
* Undertake any other HR duties/projects etc. as requested

Qualifications :
Requirements
* Degree or Diploma or equivalent qualification in training with minimum 3 years relevant experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Ability to interact with people from all levels and diverse cultural backgrounds
* Strong analytical, communications & interpersonal skills
* Independent, quick learner, good working attitude, able to perform under pressure
* Fluent in spoken and written English
