HR & Admin Manager
Key Responsibilities
* Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resource function
* Develop appropriate Human Resource plans in support of key business needs in dynamic, changing environment.
* Provide management with professional advice on key HR issues, working closely with the Department Manager; initiate and drive forward strategies, policies and procedures.
* Manage and deliver ad hoc projects, assisting in project administration for the development of HR initiatives and their implementation.

Qualifications :
Requirements
* Minimum Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent with at least 5-8 years of Human Resources experience in a managerial role.
* Demonstrates exceptional communication, networking, interpersonal skills and consistent high energy levels.
* Strong planning and organization skills.
* High level of attention to detail.
* Add value by contributing suggestions and ideas.
* Pragmatism and business awareness
* Strong executive presence, influence skills.
